Tenant Portal

To be considered for one of our homes, you must meet the following basic qualifications:

  1. Your monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent
  2. You must have a positive rental history
  3. Bankruptcies and evictions within the past 5 years are prohibited

Good credit helps but won’t necessarily disqualify someone. However, a lower credit score could lead to a higher security deposit or additional fee.
